The viticulture Lahofer
Čech, Richard ; ing.arch. Lukáš Ležatka, Ph.D (referee) ; Pavlovský, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis extends the bachelor’s studio project aimed at creating a survey on a new building for Vinařství Lanhofer company. The considered area lies in the territory of Dobšice near Znojmo and with its slightly rolling landscape is used for agricultural purposes. The mentioned trapezoid building site faces southwest, at the time was covered with vineyard and was bordered by minor roads connecting the plot to Dobšice and Suchohrdly. Building a new production site that would be able to produce up to 60 thousand bottles of wine, could be also used as storage space or would incorporate related services was intended. There were premises for public use, formal events or wine-tasting planned. The layout included restaurant with outside seating, sanitary facilities both for visitors and employees. Such a large-scale production of wine could be almost considered an industrial production that set up the main idea of the design. The basic clue of this project is searching an ideal shape of the production area that – in historical context of industrial buildings – is saw-shaped rooftop silhouette. The material concept of the building is based on visual and logical separating of production premises from public spaces that had been achieved by distinguishing both areas by using different facade cover. Stainless steel representing production environment and Cor-Ten patina steel panelling describing eternal wine maturation.

Ondrová, Klára ; Ing. arch. Petra Žalmanová, Ph.D (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor)
The topic of the diploma thesis is a multifunctional building of a hotel, in an undeveloped area of picturesque vineyards. The expanding Nikolsburg winery plans to build a hotel with a beautiful view of the historic town Mikulov and the Pálavské vrchy. Hotel should include accommodation for at least 30 guests in **** rooms, a restaurant, a wellness area and, above all, wine storage areas. The wine will be matured in the building and further distributed. Visitors can degustate and buy the wine here. The architectural concept further expands the multifunctionality of the assignment. Common areas should be adapted to the situations and the problem of one-time occupancy of the building, especially in the season and on weekends.

LAHOFER WINERY DOBŠICE
Nytrová, Bohdana ; Dvořák, Martin (referee) ; Myslín, Jiří (advisor) ; Hradil, Dušan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis designs new buildings of the Lahofer Winery in Dobšice u Znojma. It is based on a study carried out in the studio AG32. The complex will consist of production line and warehouses with the overall production of 1.000.000 bottles a year, altogether with a public and administration building where the wine will be exhibited. The building plot is located on the eastern edge of the land registered area of the nearby village Suchohrdly. The plot is undeveloped agricultural land full of vineyards, arable land and gardens. The ground plan is the most profound part of the design. The circumference of the building symbolizes a wine grape or wood-shavings which refer to a famous woodcarver Jan Lahofer whose name the winery carries. The many atriums create half-enclosed space protected from the wind and serve as handling areas of the production; a terrace or an attractive entrance. The building consists of four successive matters on two levels. The production is placed in three of them. It creates a circle on a single level so that there is a need for only one entrance to the handling area. The public part of the structure is located on a separate level perched on the slope above. It is predominantly made up of showrooms and restaurants. The accommodation units for guests and employees can also be found here. The building is made of a steel framed structure with a hanging facade and a flat roof. The massiveness is softened by the glass facade in the atrium and other glass parts - some of which are as tall as the building itself.

The Bachelor Thesis expands and specifies an architectural study which was drafted as AG33 subject during the summer semester of the second year (i.e.up to the level of Documentation for Planning Permission and Documentation for Execution of the Project). The considered area lies in the territory of Kobylí and with its slightly rolling landscape is used for agricultural purposes. The building ploat is located down the surrounding buildings. The Object presents three masses – two main and one subsidiary, which are distinguished by the shape of te roof and the structure of the fasade. The nearest to the access road is a building of a family house, which consists of a publicly accessible two-storey winery, which connects to two large apartments for visitors, and private part - investor apartments. The investor's apartment is illuminated from two sides - southwest and northwest. The living room has a large window opening, which provides beautiful views of the private outdoor terrace and area green. WINERY MARCINČÁK NOVOSEDLY
Zálešák, Tomáš ; Hudeček, Vladimír (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
The theme of the bachelor's thesis was to design a new building project of the Marcinčák winery. The project was based on an architectural study which was made within the subject AG032 – Studio of Architectural Creation II and the main subject of the project was a new building construction in Novosedly, Moravia, region Břeclav. The land intended for this project is in the middle of the vineyard tracks in the area called Stará hora, near to the educational trail, where is currently the viewing area of Novosedly. The demands of Mr. Ing. Marcinčák for the construction included a space for processing the wine from the surrounding vineyards, its sale and a space for social purposes and accommodation. The construction is therefore a single unit divided into two floors. The main entrance is on the first floor, where is the access to the accommodation part with ten double rooms and one double room accessible for people with disability. In the other part of the building there is a social hall with sanitary facilities, catering kitchen and a tasting cellar. The entrance to the basement, where the wine factory is situated, was made to keep visitors in enjoyable and quiet resort and not bothered. The whole building is design in the shape U, which creates internal private space. At the same time the building shape protects the wine from the winds. In the middle of the building there is an observation accessible to the public, which maintains the view for the village and attracts more visitors or tourists on the natural trail.

Radchenko, Mark ; Myslín,, Jiří (referee) ; Boleslavská, Yvona (advisor) ; Kalousek, Miloš (advisor)
On a basis of my project of the second year of bachelor's study on the Faculty of Civil Engineering the following bachelor's thesis is prepared, which goes on to the Documentation for Building Permit and Documentation for Construction. The theme of the work is Family Winery Válka in the village of Nosislav. The bachelor's thesis is the Family Winery Válka. The basic idea of my project was to create a modern wine-making complex and a guest house for people who decided to visit the winery for wine degustation. There were designed objects for production, sales and housing. The Family Winery includes a winemaker's house, a bouquets store, a large warehouse, expedition warehouse, a refuelling hall, a pressing hall, several sheds for storing devices and tractor parking, a house 153 with a brigadier's dressing room, administration and grandmother's apartment. A guest house is situated on a separate land over Masarykova street. The production complex includes warehouses, tank room and pressing machines room. Its structure is made up of steel elements: pillars, beams and trusses. Facades of production buildings are made of wooden cladding and black interlocking metal cladding panels. The buildings have a gable type and shed type of roofs. Other objects have a brick system. The restaurant building is located on the southwest side of the property, has a rectangular ground plan and two above-ground floors. 1st floor is partially embedded into the ground. At the top of the land, there are a number of three residential buildings that constitute a guest house. Each object is more than half a meter above it. In this way they characterize the complicated nature of the land. Objects have a rectangular ground plan, above the entrances there are raised black steel awnings. The roofs of all the buildings are gable and made of black interlocking metal cladding panels, including one of the facades. Other facades are made of wooden cladding.
